LEARN TO LIFT

Our personal trainers are expert lifting coaches. Our weightlifting program centers around free weight training by using olympic barbells, dumb bells, and kettle bells. Learn beginner or advanced lifting techniques to gain strength and improve overall functional ability.

LOSE WEIGHT

Our weight loss programs re-build your body from the ground up.  Our personal trainers will train your body to add lean muscle, improve strength, and help you overhaul your diet. We want to train your body to change from the inside out. With our programs you will begin to see results within the first few weeks of training.

IMPROVE PERFORMANCE

Looking to improve performance? Whether you’re preparing for your first race, chasing a new personal best, improving your golf game, or gaining an edge for your next sports season, our coaches can help. Our performance coaching programs include running and endurance coaching, race planning, strength training for runners, Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) golf fitness, youth athletic development, and off-season training for athletes. Every program is customized to your goals, abilities, and sport to help you perform at your highest level. Available at our McKinney Gym.

Our proven 5-phase training system is designed to continually challenge your body, drive progress, and keep you adapting as your fitness improves. Programs can be customized to improve strength and conditioning, support sport-specific development, enhance golf performance, prepare for endurance events, or build year-round athletic performance. We also work with runners to develop race plans that integrate strength training and conditioning into one complete performance system.
